PUSH Comprehensive Prenatal Course
EVERYTHING you need to know to prepare for pregnancy, labour, delivery and caring for your newborn.
The PUSH Prenatal Course, is a live course led by our amazing registered nurse and lactation consultant. It offers extensive guidance and trusted knowledge that can dramatically increase your personal feelings of control while pregnant.
Rebecca has many years of experience helping expectant and new mamas develop realistic expectations, effective techniques, and improved confidence. Most importantly, we want you to feel educated and empowered to make decisions for yourself and your baby throughout your pregnancy, labour, birth, and beyond.
Our goal is to create a safe space—figuratively online, and literally and at our upcoming facility—where you can share your questions, fears, and vulnerabilities. The course is divided into 4 modules that take place once per week, 3 hours each, for a total of 12 hours.
Topics include: Pregnancy health, medical appointments overview, hospital prep, labour and pain management, postpartum recovery, infant care and safety and more…
Today, there’s so much information at our fingertips on the internet and mamas are left rifling through contradictory, general advice online from sources that are often unreliable. At PUSH we offer support, education, and services that are specially geared to them, with experienced and empathetic practitioners.
Our guiding principle at Push is to offer expectant mamas an all-inclusive experience that responds to their every medical and wellness need. We assemble best-in-class resources under one roof, guided by the collective mission to fulfill optimum peri-natal care that is delivered and communicated compassionately.
We embrace a concept of whole well-being for expectant and new mamas. We offer personalized care to address the specific health and wellness needs at this important stage in your life. Through an interdisciplinary approach and our client-centric philosophy, our healthcare professionals ensure you feel heard and supported.
